Insurance
Our clinics participate in most area health plans, including Cigna, United
Healthcare, BC/BS, Medcost, Healthcare Savings and others. We also accept
Medicaid and Medicare. You are responsible for deductibles, co-insurance and
non-covered services |

Payment
Payment is expected at the time of service. Financial assistance may be available.
Please ask our secretary for details. We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. |

Medication Refills
We will try to refill your medication(s) during your regular office visit. However,
your pharmacy will call our office to get a refill for you, if you wish. Please call a
week before you run out of medication. Refills normally take one to two
business days to fulfill.
