Children love to swim and play outdoors in the summer months! Protect your children from sunburns and reduce their risk of skin cancer with these tips. Keep in mind the sun's rays are strongest between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and plan accordingly. Apply a waterproof sunscreen made for children with an S-P-F of at least 15, and reapply as directed. Dress them in wide-brimmed hats, cotton clothing, and sunglasses, so they can enjoy the sun safely!
